Order Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement only if the order has not been dispatched.
• Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
• To request a cancellation, customers must contact our support team immediately with their Order ID.
• Intimate Clinic reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of:
o Incorrect pricing or listing error
o Stock unavailability
o Unserviceable delivery location
o Suspected fraudulent or high-risk transactions
If an order is cancelled by us, any amount paid will be refunded as per standard timelines.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered only under the following valid conditions:
• Product received is expired
• Wrong product delivered
• Product is physically damaged, leaked, or broken at the time of delivery
• Missing items in the delivered package

Mandatory Proof for Refund Requests
To maintain transparency and prevent misuse, the following proof is mandatory for all refund or replacement requests:
• Clear unboxing video (from sealed package opening to product visibility)
• Clear photographs showing the issue
• Order ID and registered contact details
Important: Claims without an unboxing video will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Cases
Refunds or returns will NOT be applicable in the following situations:
• Product seal is opened, damaged, or tampered
• Product has been used or partially consumed
• Request raised due to change of mind
• Dissatisfaction due to expected results not achieved
• Natural variations in color, aroma, or texture of Ayurvedic products
• Delay in results due to individual body type, lifestyle, or diet
(Ayurvedic outcomes vary from person to person)
Return Policy (If Approved)
• Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Returns are accepted only after approval
• In certain cases, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer
• Products failing quality inspection upon return may be rejected
Replacement Policy
We offer priority replacements in cases of:
• Incorrect product delivered
• Transit damage
• Missing quantity or items
Once verification is complete, replacements are dispatched at the earliest possible time.
